Recently, the forums have been a little bit laggy. This seems to come in short spurts and if it occurs, just wait it out. It shouldn't last too long.
Please, post in the intended forums. Off-topic posts are discouraged, but unless consistent, should not be moderated. However, creating a topic that is not in the appropriate heading will be subject to moderation.
I have added two new forums for Literature and Technology. Both follow the same rules as the other topic-specific forums.
I have officially deleted the Spam/Anti-Spam War Forum.
